So whilst on the hunt for office furniture I found these decorations. I love them all, for someone who isnt having a tree, I sure do have a collection of decorations.

But I am thinking of putting these in the office as a decoration.

Hmmm, things to think about. And it came about in conversation this morning, the husband has suggested a trip to Ikea next weekend! YAY!!!

Operation Office

Now that the kitchen is mostly finished,  I am moving onto our next task: The office.

It was the first room we renovated, and well, it is rather uninspired and uninspiring. Luckily, as after most funds were sunk into the kitchen, the office only needs a coat of paint, some new carpet (never ever ever chose cheap carpet, its really shit), and some new furniture.

Given the rest of our house is painted in Dulux Hogs Bristle Half, this will be the base colour, and I am really loving Dulux Mangrove Leaf (which is a lot brighter in real life) for a feature wall on the window wall. All the trims will be Hogs Bristle Quarter.

Now to find some furniture. I really only need a small desk, and a bookshelf, but I am looking for something a bit different to the usual desk. Any ideas?

In case you can't tell, its a jewellery organiser. And it is something I have really really really wanted for a long time.

And just as luck would have it, the husband can find one on Whiteport.

New Jeans

The time has finally came. I needed to buy new jeans, as my old faithfuls were looking way too baggy!

I had heard good things about Levi's Plus range, but much to my disappointment, they were not sold in Australia. HOW RUDE!

So ebay I went, and Levi 542's I brought.

And I waited.

And waited.

And waited.

And then they arrived. And I tried them on. And they fit. JUST! It will be a few more weeks until I wear them in public, as there is a slight muffin top happening, but they fit! I love them, they are great, and I think I might just have to buy them in a smaller size when I grow out of this pair
